Our Policy
- Check-in from 3 PM
- Check-out before 12 PM
PREPAYMENT AND PAYMENT:
- Upon making the reservation, 25% will be charged, and the rest is payable upon arrival.
- NON-REFUNDABLE RESERVATIONS
- A 10% DISCOUNT WILL BE APPLIED IF THE ENTIRE RESERVATION IS PAID AT THE TIME OF BOOKING
CANCELLATIONS:
- If notified 15 days before arrival, the rest of the stay will not be charged. The 25% deposit paid at the time of booking is non-refundable, except for justified force majeure reasons.
- If due to force majeure reasons you cannot travel on the reservation dates to La Chaparrina apartments, you can change your reservation to other dates at no cost, paying the price difference if applicable.
CHILDREN AND EXTRA BED POLICY:
- Children under 7 years old stay free of charge
- Extra beds are €20 per person. When making your reservation, you will see the available extra bed options for each apartment, and you can choose this additional option, which will be automatically included in the price of your reservation.
